About Membership Enrollment

Can I apply for membership from a mobile phone?
You cannot apply from a feature phone.
Please apply through our online application on your personal computer or smartphone.
When will I receive my membership card?
We will send you a membership card with some membership benefits within a month after your payment is confirmed.

About Registration Information

Can I register my mobile phone email address?
You can register your mobile phone email address.
However, if you have set the spam filters on your mobile phone, there may be cases where you will be unable to receive our eMagazines. Please change your mobile phone setting if you have set the spam filters.
For members who have set the domain specification reception, please specify the domain name, "taiwan-artist.com."
Do you have any password policy?
You can register a password of your choice using 6~32 half-width characters in the combination of letters and numbers.
※You cannot set the same password as your membership ID number.
※For preventing troubles, please refrain from using your date of birth or phone number for your password.
※It is your responsibility to keep your password secure.

About Membership-only Site and Benefits

From when can I access the membership-only web contents?
You can access the membership-only contents once we confirm your enrollment (payment).
You may login immediately, but there may be cases where it takes about a week for your login to become valid.
Please contact us if you cannot still login even after 2 weeks have passed.

About Membership Renewal

I don't know how to renew my membership.
● For Annual Membership
We will send you a membership renewal email one month before the renewal month. Necessary procedures vary depending on the payment method below.

<Credit Card Payment>
Renewal procedures are not required since the membership fee is automatically deducted during the renewal month. If your payment cannot be processed for some reasons such as the expiration of the validity of your credit card, our site will request you to change your registered credit card. In this case, please update your credit card registration information on the “Account” page.

<Convenience Store Payment or UnionPay Online Payment>
Please pay your annual membership fee on the “Payment Method Selection for Membership Renewal” screen as described in the membership renewal email. Once your payment is confirmed, the renewal procedures have been completed.     

● For Monthly Membership
Renewal procedures are not required since the membership fee is monthly deducted. Only if your payment cannot be processed for some reasons such as the expiration of the validity of your credit card, our site will request you to change your registered credit card. In this case, please update your credit card registration information on the “Account” page. If you do not complete these procedures within 2 weeks, your membership will become invalid automatically. 

About Various Procedures

I want to change my registration information (address, name, phone number, email address).
You can change your registration information such as address, phone number, email address, from the "Modification of Membership Information" on the "Account" page.
I have not received ☆TASIA eMagazines.
If you have not received any emails/eMagazines from ☆TASIA, possible reasons are as follows:
(Please note that due to the system configuration, there may be some time lag until our emails/eMagazines are sent to all members.)
■Your email address has not been registered on your account.
■Your email address has been changed.
■Your registered email address is not correct.
■There is no free space in your email in-box.
■An error due to some system trouble.
■Spam filters or domain specification reception have been set on your mobile phone.
Please set your mobile phone so as to receive emails from "taiwan-artist.com."
※Set the domain name "taiwan-artist.com" without "@," and you can receive emails from ☆TASIA.

Please contact us if no reason listed above is applicable.
If you cannot still receive any emails from ☆TASIA in spite that there is no problem in your registration information and/or domain reception setting, we recommend that you contact your mobile phone company or provider.
I want to unsubscribe ☆TASIA magazines or change my email address.
You can update your information from the "Modification of Membership Information" on the "Account" page.
I lost my membership card.
Please note that we do not reissue a membership card.
If you lost it, when attending an event requiring the membership card, you can present your "Account" page and a mailing label of the postal matter on which your membership number is printed. If you would still like to reissue it, please contact us, for a separate fee will be charged.
I want to withdraw from ☆TASIA.
Please check the box "I do not request payment by automatic withdrawal” on the "Account" page. Also in the case that we cannot confirm your payment of the renewal fee within the expiration date, your membership will be invalid automatically

※In the case of postage due, there may be cases where we will not be able to receive the letters or gifts. Therefore, please make sure of the postage before posting.
※We kindly ask you to refrain from sending perishables, cash or cash voucher (gift tickets, amusement park tickets, prepaid card, and so on).
Can I write a fan letter in Japanese?
Yes, you can.
If I join ☆TASIA, can I surely obtain a ticket for any events? And can I reserve a front row seat?
There is a limit to the number of tickets that we would be ready to offer through advanced lottery reservation. We ask for your understanding in advance that if exceeding the scheduled number, we will fairly determine by drawing lots, and as a result, there may be cases where you cannot obtain a ticket.

In addition, the advanced lottery reservation receives the reservations preferentially ahead of the various pre-sales and general sales, and seat assignment has been determined by lot. Therefore, please note that you cannot always reserve a front row seat.
